Our Kennedy home is the fifth home we have built in various locations around the U.S. Of the five builders we've contracted with, Kennedy Homes stands far above as the best. Ryan and his team were very attentive to all of our individual requirements and were very easy to work with. They were flexible in meeting our needs, from consultation, to architectural drawings, throughout the build process and final touchups. And, on the date Ryan had promised, we closed on time. We have been enjoying our new Kennedy Homes residence for over a year now. As we live in this space and reflect back on the project, we further realize and appreciate the attention to detail that Ryan, his crew and his sub-contractors delivered to meet our expectations—with an eagerness to please. High quality materials, workmanship and a builder who carefully listened and responded are what made this home all we had hoped for.

Ryan has been first class throughout the process of building our home. Ryan was very easy to work with, always made himself available to discuss anything we needed to discuss, and made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the process. We recently went through our 1-year check list, and it was extremely difficult to find items that needed to be repaired. All items that needed repaired I have known to be common items on all homes. My wife and I feel like we have a home that has a very custom look that other builders in the area do not offer. Items include custom closets and trim and wood work.
